We are located just north of Atlanta, GA.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most items in the store are ready to ship and will be mailed within 3 business days of payment. Made to order items and pre-orders are different and their turnaround times will be included within the specific product listing. Feel free to email me if you have a shipping question about a specific product.
What are the shipping policies?
We offer two shipping options, First Class and Priority.
First Class is quoted, not guaranteed, at 3-5 business days but can take up to ten and includes tracking. It does not include insurance. This means that if you choose First Class shipping, and the USPS loses, damages, or incorrectly delivers your order, Whiskey Ginger Collective, LLC is not responsible for replacing or reshipping it.
Priority Shipping is quoted, not guaranteed, at 2-3 business days and includes tracking and insurance for your package for up to $50 worth of product. We recommend choosing this option!
If your package is returned to us because of an incorrectly entered shipping address there will be a small fee to reship.
Also, it is important that you double check your shipping address before placing your order. We ship to the address provided via website checkout. Once you check out and submit your order you must immediately email email@example.com to change anything.
DISCLAIMER: Bugaroo is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. Packages that are marked as delivered but "not received" are the responsibility of you and your local post office. Please contact your local post office for these rare instances/situations. Also, delayed scanning on USPS is beyond our control once the package leaves our premises.
When will my order be shipped?
Ready to ship items are packaged and mailed within 2-3 business days of payment received. This does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
What if I don't like my item?
If you would like to exchange or return an item that did not work out for you, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org first to make sure your exchange/return is able to be processed. We are happy to accept exchanges or returns on apparel only if they are unwashed and unworn within 14 days of receipt for store credit. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs and packaging.
All sale and discount items are subject to limited availability. Sales on these items are final and do not qualify for return, exchange, price adjustments or cancelations. Returns are only accepted for products purchased at full price which excludes items purchased from sales or any other purchase made with a discount.
Do you offer custom orders?
We currently do not offer custom orders.
