Let's Change our Ideals of Beauty

As women, and as mothers, we tend to be so overly critical about our physical form. If only we could see past what's on the surface and instead see our own beautiful souls when we looked in the mirror. If we simply saw our own soul what would we say to her? Would be as critical of her jiggly tummy? Her overly round butt? Her grey hairs? Her wrinkles? Or would we simply look at ourselves and say, "Hello you gorgeous soul...... You look beautiful today."
